AIsa’s Unified APIs give you one request shape for many platforms. You call one AIsa endpoint, and AIsa talks to Instagram, Meta Ads, Amazon or another platform for you. The same API key works for the Unified APIs, the vendor APIs in the API Reference, and the models. There are three Unified APIs: Endpoint counts are from the live API listing on November 7, 2026.

What you get

  • One request shape. A post, a campaign or a listing has the same fields on every platform. To post to LinkedIn and X at once, send one request with both accounts.
  • Hosted sign-in. AIsa hosts the authorization page for each platform. Your app does not store platform passwords or tokens.
  • Read and write. AIsa Social publishes, schedules, edits and deletes posts on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads and Reddit, and answers comments and messages. AIsa Ads creates and changes campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, audiences and lead forms.
  • Events by webhook. AIsa sends post and account events to your HTTPS endpoint, so you do not need to poll.
  • Values with their source. Each AIsa commerce value comes with its source. Collection time, license, origin and value type are in meta.sources.

How AIsa sits between your app and the platforms

AIsa acts on platform accounts that a user connected. Two things must work for a call to succeed:
  1. The AIsa API answers. Your request reaches AIsa and passes authentication.
  2. The platform connection works. The connected account is still authorized, and the platform accepts the action.
A request can reach AIsa while the platform connection it needs is down. A successful connection shows that the account worked at that time. It does not promise that the account stays connected.

Why a platform connection can stop working

  • The user revoked access, changed a password, or the authorization expired.
  • The platform changed its authentication, endpoints or rules.
  • The platform has an outage, or it limits or restricts the account.
  • The action is not allowed for that account, such as a TikTok post without the required privacy settings.

What AIsa gives you

  • Account events: account.connected, account.disconnected and account.needs_reconnect.
  • Health checks: GET /apis/v1/social/accounts/health for social accounts. For Meta ad accounts, GET /apis/v1/ads/accounts/health checks the account status, payment method, spending limit, Page, Instagram account, Lead Ads terms, newest pixel event and linked WhatsApp number, with a fix link for each problem.
  • Per-platform results: a post to several platforms can end as partial. The post.platform.published and post.platform.failed events tell you the result on each platform.
  • Reconnect without losing history: start the connect flow again with reconnectAccountId. The account keeps its ID and history.

What your app should do

  • Subscribe to the account.* events and show the account status to the user.
  • Pause the jobs of an account that needs reconnecting. Ask the user to reconnect only when the platform needs a new sign-in.
  • Handle a partial post: retry or report only the platforms that failed.
  • For Meta ads, check the ad account health before you create ads.
  • After an account reconnects, read the data you may have missed while it was disconnected.
Errors at the platform boundary are expected. Build your app so that one disconnected account does not stop work for other accounts.

Core concepts

AIsa commerce does not use profiles or connected accounts. It reads public marketplace data with your API key only.

Workflow

1

Get an API key

2

Connect a platform account

Start the hosted sign-in flow for the platform. The answer has authUrl, connectSessionId and expiresAt.
Open authUrl in a browser and sign in on the platform. To send the browser back to your app, pass redirectUrl: an HTTPS URL on your allowlist. The browser returns there with connectSessionId and accountId, or with an error. For an ad platform, use GET /apis/v1/ads/connect/{platform}.
3

Wait for the connection

Poll GET /apis/v1/social/connect/sessions/{sessionId}, or wait for the connect_session.completed or connect_session.failed event. A completed session has the new accountId.
4

Read and write

Call the endpoints with the account. This request publishes one text post to two accounts:
To schedule the post, send scheduledFor and timezone instead of publishNow.
5

Receive events

Create a webhook endpoint with POST /apis/v1/social/webhooks/settings and choose its eventTypes. Send a test event with POST /apis/v1/social/webhooks/test.
AIsa commerce needs only the first step:

Webhook events

Data and provenance in AIsa commerce

  • By default (provenance=compact), each value has value and source. Collection time, license, origin and value type are grouped in meta.sources.
  • provenance=full returns the full provenance of each value, with precision and confidence.
  • A requested field that no source delivered is listed in missing, with a reason.
  • fields trims the output only. It does not reduce source calls or charges.

Billing

Unified API calls draw on the same balance as every other AIsa call. Prices are not listed in these docs. Agents can price an exact call with batch_quote in the AIsa MCP server before they run it. See Billing & Credits.
