Paste one prompt into Codex
Paste this into Codex to add the AIsa MCP server and start browser authorization.
Please install the AIsa MCP server for me, then confirm it connected. It's a remote (streamable HTTP) MCP server. MCP Server URL: https://mcp.aisa.one/mcp AIsa uses OAuth — open the browser sign-in when prompted. It's read-only public data, so there's no API key to paste.

Research B2B prospects using AIsa connected to my agent. Deliver in English. Your service or product: [your offer and website] Ideal customer and industry: [industry, company size and buyer role] Target location and research language: [city or country] · English Prospect list size: 10 companies What makes a company a good fit?: [the business need you solve, evidence to look for and any exclusions] Before paid calls, discover available tools, check current prices and propose a research plan with an estimated cost. Wait for my budget approval and clarify any remaining bracketed fields. 1. Discover relevant companies with Exa and verify their websites using Tavily Search or Exa content. Confirm industry and location, deduplicate companies and include source links. 2. Identify concrete website opportunities related to my offer. Use Semrush for regional search context and Similarweb for traffic when coverage exists. State reporting periods and limitations; missing data does not mean zero traffic or buying intent. 3. Find relevant decision-makers with Apollo and verify their company association. Distinguish people search from enrichment: search matches do not guarantee available email addresses. Enrich contacts only within the approved budget. Never invent names, roles or contact details. 4. Prioritize companies by fit and verifiable evidence. Provide a table with company, website, location, opportunity, decision-maker, contact status, sources and next step. 5. Write a short personalized email draft for each company, including a subject and a real website observation connected to my offer. Do not assume purchase intent. Flag information that still needs review. Prepare research, a table and drafts only. Do not send emails, import contacts into a CRM or schedule automations without separate instructions. Do not build an app.

Questions about generating leads
with AIsa and your agent.
How does this B2B lead generation workflow work?
Your agent uses AIsa to find relevant businesses, read their websites, review available SEO and traffic signals, and identify possible decision-makers. It combines the evidence into a prospect list and personalized email drafts for review.
Can I use it for industries other than dental clinics?
Yes. Robson’s video uses dental and aesthetic clinics as prospects for landing-page services. Replace the industry, location, company size and your offer in the prompt to research a different market.
Do I need Hermes Agent to find leads?
Robson demonstrates Hermes Agent. You can choose Hermes, Codex or another compatible client in the connection section above. This page uses the shared AIsa MCP connection flow; the video demonstrates API-key setup.
Will every prospect have an email address and traffic data?
No. Coverage varies. Apollo people search and contact enrichment are separate steps, and some sites do not have Similarweb estimates. Keep missing fields visible and verify details before outreach.
Does the page send emails or add contacts to my CRM?
No. It prepares a prompt for research and draft emails. Your agent can produce a table for CRM review, but sending messages, importing records and scheduling automation require separate instructions.
How much does a prospect list cost?
The cost depends on the number of companies, data sources and contact enrichments. The video describes one particular run; it is not a fixed price for every list. Ask your agent for a plan and estimate before paid research.
