# Analyze social media posts with your agent

> Read public Instagram post fields, find similar TikTok creators through Waveinflu and search YouTube by topic and country, then plan one content test.

Read the public fields of an Instagram post, find TikTok creators similar to a profile or topic, search YouTube by language and country, and get three ideas to test without guessed metrics.

## Research three platforms, then plan one test

The questions follow a French-speaking creative workshop account. Swap in your own topic and language.

### 1. Read an Instagram post

Views alone do not judge a Reel's performance. Likes or comments the source does not return stay marked as unavailable.

Ask your agent:

> Analyze this Instagram Reel about a creative workshop. Retrieve the available data and flag what is missing from my research.

Sources for this step:

- [Instagram](https://aisa.one/catalog/instagram): Reads public post fields: type, caption, duration and counters

### 2. Find TikTok creators

Similar accounts show how others present the same work. Similarity does not predict performance.

Ask your agent:

> Find French-speaking TikTok creators who share behind-the-scenes content from creative workshops. I want research references, not their contact details.

Sources for this step:

- [Waveinflu](https://aisa.one/catalog/apis/waveinflu): Finds similar TikTok creators by topic, account and language

### 3. Search YouTube videos

Titles suggest angles. Check the video itself before drawing conclusions about its content.

Ask your agent:

> Search for French YouTube videos about creative workshops. Compare titles and formats to find topics worth exploring.

Sources for this step:

- [YouTube](https://aisa.one/catalog/apis/youtube): Searches videos by topic, language and country

### 4. Plan the next test

Adapt each idea to its platform and measure it there, without comparing metrics across platforms.

Ask your agent:

> Combine the Instagram data, TikTok creators and YouTube videos. Suggest three content ideas, separating observations from hypotheses.

Sources for this step:

- [Instagram](https://aisa.one/catalog/instagram): Supplies the reference post's fields
- [Waveinflu](https://aisa.one/catalog/apis/waveinflu): Supplies creators in the same niche
- [YouTube](https://aisa.one/catalog/apis/youtube): Supplies titles on the same topic

## Copy the social media research prompt

Replace the bracketed fields, then paste the prompt into your agent with AIsa connected. The post link is optional for a TikTok-only or YouTube-only question.

```text
Social media reference link (only if relevant to the question): [post, video or profile URL]
My research objective: [topic, brand or angle to explore]
Use only AIsa tools relevant to my question: public Instagram post data, creator discovery through Waveinflu for TikTok creators similar to a profile or topic, and YouTube search for videos. Specify language and country for YouTube, and a topic or seed profile and desired filters for TikTok. Check availability, input schema and pricing before calling tools. Ask for a budget if none is set.
Ask me to complete required bracketed fields before making calls. For a TikTok-only or YouTube-only question, use the reference link only if the tool supports that input type and do not call Instagram tools. Do not download media, collect comments or transcribe videos without proposing those operations separately.
Combine the Instagram post provided, TikTok creators related to [my topic] and YouTube results in [language and country]. Separate observations by source, flag limitations and suggest three ideas to test for [my audience].
Provide:
1. Sources, available links and collection dates.
2. A table suited to each source: TikTok profiles and relevance, YouTube titles and channels, or available Instagram fields (author, media ID, type, caption, hashtags, duration, audio, views, likes and comments) only when returned by the source.
3. Available thumbnail and media links, without promising they remain accessible.
4. A summary linked to my objective and three editorial ideas to test, clearly separated from observed facts.
5. Missing data and limitations. Label absent fields “Not available”, never zero. Do not calculate engagement rates without specifying the inputs and denominator.
Do not invent metrics or content. Do not claim to have watched or transcribed a video from metadata alone. Do not access private accounts. If a post is unavailable, explain the limit without inventing results. Respond in English.
```

This page prepares the prompt. Your agent checks prices and asks for a budget before it calls a source.

## Questions about social media research

### What can I research on each platform?

Public post fields on Instagram, similar creators on TikTok and videos on YouTube. Instagram returns available fields such as caption, format and counters, Waveinflu finds TikTok creators by account or topic, and YouTube search returns titles, channels and links. Fields a platform does not return stay “Not available”.

### Does a YouTube search analyze the videos?

No. YouTube search finds videos by topic, language and country and returns their titles, channels and links. Reading what a video says needs a transcript, which is a separate operation.

### Is this the workflow from Hugo Buisson's video?

Partly. Hugo Buisson's French tutorial compares Instagram post retrieval before and after connecting AIsa, using Hermes in his own monitoring system. The TikTok and YouTube steps extend that workflow and are not part of his demonstration.

### Can I run it with Hermes, Codex or another agent?

Yes. Any MCP client connected to AIsa runs the prompt, and capabilities vary by client. The creator's own monitoring system is not part of AIsa.

### Does the analysis include video content and comments?

No, not by default. Post data can include a video link, which does not mean the agent watched the video. Transcripts, comments and media downloads are separate operations that the prompt proposes one by one.

### Can I analyze private accounts?

No. The workflow covers public posts that the available tools can read, and it cannot guarantee that every post is retrievable. Your agent states when a source is unavailable.

### How much does social media research cost?

Per result, from your AIsa balance. The total depends on the operations you ask for, such as post data, comments, transcripts or media downloads, and your agent checks prices before it calls them.

### Does this page run the research or monitor accounts?

No. It prepares a prompt for one research run in your connected agent. For recurring monitoring, set a schedule and a budget in an agent environment that supports scheduled tasks.
